Coaching Conference Bursaries

The Coaches Association of Ontario is pleased to present the fourth annual Coaches Conference. "The Time is Now"  takes place Feb. 26-28, 2010 in Guelph at  the University of Guelph  and Best Western Hotel.

During the weekend, Coaches will some spend some Time together to develop their expertise through a combination of National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) training and professional development sessions on topics such as sport psychology and nutrition.

Thanks to the Ontario Government through Quest for Gold, Ontario coaches are supported to attend this great weekend through a subsidized rate. Members of the Coaches Association of Ontario receive a further discount. Thanks to a grant from the Quest for Gold program, the OFA will offer six bursaries to attend this Conference. The bursaries will be awarded on a first come first served basis to Ontario coaches (NCCP Level 2 or Aide Moniteur) Please  email the OFA office (info@fencingontario.ca) ASAP if you are interested in attending this Conference.  Bursaries will cover the full conference registration fee.
