I request OFA sanction of routine training operations for the above mentioned club which will consist of physical preparation, group and individual instruction, practice bouting, demonstrations, and travel of club members to and from sanctioned club activities. Regular practice will take place at the stated hours. The OFA will be informed of any club activities outside of regular stated times.
At all times every effort will be made to ensure that the highest standards of safety are maintained including but not limited to, ensuring that members wear proper safety equipment, and handle equipment in a safe and prudent way.
In consequence of accepting membership in the Ontario Fencing Association, the club undertakes to abide by the provisions of, and conduct its affairs in accordance with, the Statutes, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the FIE, the Canadian Fencing Federation, and the Ontario Fencing Association.
I understand that all members of the club including participants, athletes, coaches, officials and managers must be registered in the Ontario Fencing Association and the Canadian Fencing Federation.
