2022 OFA Winter Virtual Series

Given the current gym closure across the province and in order to support our athletes, several activities have been scheduled for the coming days and weeks. These activities are free to OFA members.


Wednesday, January 19th

4:00pm – Wednesday Footwork: Yoann Lebrun, Maitre d’armes: 
France – former head coach Le masque de fer de Lyon (France) three times team world champion SMF; Bronze medal world championship SMF;
Germany – head coach Olympic center of Tauberbischofsheim (Germany) silver medal world championship SMF

5:15pm – Injury Prevention at Home: Nader Abdelkader, DC
Head of the OFA and CFF Medical Health Committees.
Medical staff for the Olympic preparation in Tokyo.
Medical of national teams for 5 years
.

6:30pm – Strength and Conditioning Training: Rob Buxton, CSIO Coach


Saturday, January 22

10:00am – Training at Home with International Fencers: Daniele Garozzo
Italian Men’s Foil National Team Member, 2016 Rio Olympic Gold Medalist, 2021 Tokyo Olympic Silver Medalist

Note that a 2021-2022 CFF license is required for participation.
