1. Use of a Proxy and Authorizations

A member in good standing is entitled to participate and make use of his or her voting rights at the AGM by proxy.
Send completed proxy forms to secretary@fencingontario.ca by November 29, 2020.

2. Board Nomination Form

Send completed forms to secretary@fencingontario.ca by November 29, 2020. This will provide time to process the papers in preparation for the AGM.
