The OFA is currently seeking active coaching members to volunteer to join the recently reinstated OFA Coaching Development Committee. Under the leadership of Maître Patricia Howes, the committee will be working with the OFA and CFF to positively move coaching in Ontario forward. Key goals, besides advising the OFA on coaching related matters, will be to establish a well functioning, community of coaches, with exciting new opportunities for growth, coach education, coach development/mentorship and retention.
All interested coaches should a one page coach resume, including why you would like to be part of this OFA Coaching Committee, to web@fencingontario.ca with the heading “OFA Coaching Committee” by April 13, 2018.
