Update: OFA Return to Competition Protocol

The OFA Return To Competition Protocol is a joint effort by the OFA Medical Health Committee, in conjunction with the Competition Committee and Officials Committee.  The protocol aims to provide recommendations and guidance for clubs hosting events that include members of other clubs.

The OFA Competitions Committee has also updated the OFA Event Sanctioning Process – please refer to the OFA Event Sanctioning Process page for more information and to apply.

There will be a joint OFA R2C Townhall Q&A session on Sunday, October 17th at 11am EST, open to all clubs and members as capacity permits.

Dr. Nader Abdelkader, Chair of the MHC, Mr. Tim Stang, Chair of the CC, and Ms. Kristina Han of the OC will be presenting updates on the Return to Competition Protocol as well as the Event Sanctioning Process.  This will be followed by a Q&A session, open to all attendees.

Due to club numbers, the OFA  requests that, at this time, each club register one attendee only.  Should additional members wish to attend, please send a query to web@fencingontario.ca to be put on a waiting list.
