The OFA is offering 3 grants of $350 to help support coaches with a growth mindset, who continue to advance their knowledge, skills and experiences.
Eligible Candidates
- Member in good standing with the OFA/CFF
- Actively coaching in an Ontario Fencing Club
- Participated in a Coaching Development Op in the past two years in Canada, USA or abroad
- Willing to submit feedback to the OFA CDC on what you learned and how it impacted your coaching education and pathway
This is a flash opportunity so send in your name, club, and coaching education/development event as soon as possible, to the OFA Coaching Development Committee, before 3pm on September 10th, 2018.
Candidate Selections will be made September 10th to permit candidates to register for the early-bird deadline of September 13th for the Petro Canada Sport Leadership Conference in Ottawa.
