We are still looking for volunteers for the upcoming 2019 Senior Pan American Championships being held this year in the GTA at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre (655 Dixon Road, Toronto, ON, M9W 1J3). Athletes and coaches from North and South Americas will be visiting Toronto to compete for zonal spots and a chance to compete at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics between June 27 and July 2nd, 2019 in both individual and team events.
In conjunction with the CFF, the OFA is looking for volunteers to aid in various roles over the competition period, and a chance to see the competition action up close! This is a great opportunity for athletes to be involved with this qualification event!
Interested volunteers must be:
At least 14 years of age by June 24, 2019
Be fluent in either English and/or French and/or Spanish
Able to travel to and from the venue on their own
There are many roles for any interested individuals on any given day throughout the competition, as outlined below, and we are happy to see you for however long you are able to volunteer!
Hours volunteered at the Championships can be used for Secondary School Community Involvement.
