The 2016 Ontario Summer Games (OSG) – the largest in its history – will be hosted in Mississauga, August 11th to 14th. The fencing events will be held at the Hershey Community Rinks, 5500 Rose Cherry Place in Mississauga. Athletes, officials and staff will be staying at the Holiday Inn Toronto-Mississauga.

All qualified athletes are to complete their 2016 Ontario Summer Games confirmation of participation forms (see registration links below) by 5:00pm on June 20th, 2016.
Registration for all qualified fencers is now closed! We are now reaching out to alternates to fill available spots!
All athletes and parents are requested to review the OFA’s RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT before completing the confirmation of participation form. Athletes are required to be available and be part of all OFA team functions each day of the Games and stay at the assigned hotel throughout. The OFA will have sufficient team staff and chaperones throught the duration of the Games. Family and friends will be able to attend the competitions each day including the option to purchase tickets for the official opening ceremonies on Thursday, August 11th at Hershey Community Rinks from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. If alternates are selected, they will be contacted directly by the OFA after the June 20th deadline and asked to complete the confirmation of participation forms and make the $275.00 payment. Please wait for the OFA to contact you before proceeding.

All athletes will receive confirmation emails for both the confirmation of participation and payment. Please keep those safe as proof of your registration.
Please note that should the athlete’s availability change for the Games and they are no longer able to participate, NO refunds will be offered after the OFA’s confirmation deadline with the 2016 Local Organizing Committee, June 30th (No exceptions).
