In light of many club spaces closing, the OFA recognizes that many of our members miss the weekly training sessions, and are looking for ways to stay engaged with fellow club and OFA members. The OFA is excited to provide weekly online Strength and Conditioning sessions in collaboration with Kelleigh Ryan – Tokyo Olympian, National Team Member (Women’s Foil), and founder of Lion Ethik Strength and Conditioning! Starting May 1, 2020, registered members are invited to join Kelleigh for 30-45 minute virtual training sessions for all ages and fitness levels! All sessions are open to the general membership, so don’t be afraid to try out each session to determine which fit best for you!

Wednesday 4:00pm – 4:30pm: Youth
