Two positions are up for election this year, both three-year terms:

- Secretary
The AGM is open to all members. Please confirm your attendance by November 25, 2019 to web@fencingontario.ca. Nomination forms are also due on November 25, 2019. This will provide time to process the papers in preparation for the AGM.

OFA list of Paid Clubs
Clubs are encouraged to confirm that their membership payments have been registered. If you would like confirmation of your membership status, and the number of registered athletes attached to your club (competitive and recreational), please contact the Administrative Director by November 25, 2019 (web@fencingontario.ca).
Use of a Proxy and Authorizations
A paying Club member is entitled to participate and make use of his or her rights as a member at the Annual General Meeting by proxy.
A person holding a shareholder’s proxy should be in possession of a dated letter of proxy form (attached) to demonstrate that he or she is entitled to act in this capacity on behalf of a member.
Originals of members’ letters of proxy should be sent to web@fencingontario.ca as instructed on the form, to reach the OFA by November 25th.
